“Mom, sometimes when I go to the bathroom in the morning I am too tired to climb into my top bunk so I snuggle in bed with G.”
While that sounds adorable, it usually results in The Middle One waking The Baby before he is ready. That means a very loud morning for all of us, followed by a day filled with an ornery grouch of a preschooler who stomps around all day like a tiny little third world dictator-barking commands and screeching his displeasure from the rooftops.
Sunday morning, after a good long Saturday of playing in the sand and surf, this is what I found through the crack in their bedroom door:
And they stayed that way until well after 8.Now that’s adorable.
