When asked what I do, the only thing I can consistently answer is “change”. In my professional life, I’ve had a million roles, each one as interesting at the next. I’ve earned a bunch of degrees and worked in a variety of fields, but it seems that no matter all of the professional and educational avenues that I have traveled, the most important path is the one where I end up as a wife and mother. It is these roles that have largely driven my professional and creative pursuits. No matter what subjects I study in school or what work I do outside the of home, all roads ultimately lead back to families. Whether it is in the mental health practice where I am a counselor and trauma yoga teacher, volunteering for charity organizations and schools, or in the clean skincare and makeup I sell, I am passionate about working with parents and children to help foster safe, healthy, communicative and happy homes and with women in transition to help them find their place and purpose in the world.
