My kids are home all week so writing is a luxury that I can’t afford right now! In a few days we’ll move things around a bit too so stay tuned for changes. For today, I’ll leave you with a few shots of our trip to Port Discovery in Baltimore, MD. It’s a great place much like the Capital Children’s Museum in DC that I adored as a young girl. There are a bunch of exhibits where the kids can put themselves right in the world the museum has created. A picture is worth a thousand words, so here’s a few grand.
The Mystery House where we looked for clues |
Who doesn’t love a fun house mirror? |
We had a lovely waitress (and chef) at the Cafe. |
Assembly line workers |
Dad even got in on the action-he made our Egyptian Hieroglyphic rubbings |
Lily Pads in the Tot Room |
Royal Farms (yeah Baltimore)! Making Slushees |
Driving a Punch Buggy at the filling station. The only time these Jersey Boys will pump gas |
We even had warm enough weather for a walk through the Inner Harbor |
