LOVE Jeff Galloway. Have even gotten to run (or really, in my case, shuffle) with him a few times. His method got me through two of my three half marathons. Really really hoping to actually run the next one though – it’s time

Wow-can’t believe you’ve met him. That’s very cool. It’s funny, I have felt guilty over “not running” for a while but every time I try not to walk it just throws everything off and I end up running less than when I just stick to my scheduled walk breaks. By the time I finished training, I ran the marathon at 10 min runs 1min walk for nearly the entire 26 miles at about a 10.5 min/mile pace. If I can get back to that, I promised myself I would never judge myself for those walk breaks again!
