This is why I continue to fancy my husband and in fact think men in general are adorable.
So I get this email last week during the workday from his Yahoo account which can mean only one thing-he’s screwing around at work. If he is looking at Yahoo email it probably follows a gander at ESPN.com and at least one scroll through Facebook. In other words, he is totally unfocused.
Back to the email. It is a forwarded message that he recieved from Her Room. Yes, he gets emails from women’s underwear websites. Allegedly it’s because he ordered something for me once and now he’s on the list. Plausible- so let’s skip over that.
Back to the email. Just above a picture of some fancy pants and the SATC logo, he writes: “I think this is taking co-branding too far. Sex and the City underwear that matches a character? It’s like grown woman underoos.”
Aww, isn’t he so grown up and refined? Also, I kind of love that he’s talking to me about co-branding like I know what it means. Such professional respect he has for me. That just proves that he is mature and he loves me for my brain because he is evolved and does not objectify women.
Then, I read this: “ PS — Unless of course you are into this, than I am totally into it as well…”
Nope, dirty and rotten just like every other guy. Guess what? It sorta makes me dig him even more.
