Labor Day weekend was jam packed full of…nothing. We had dinner with Kevin’s parents and sisters one evening but overall-no plans. It was glorious. Neither of us could think of the last time we had that many days wide open.
Of course we filled them. We did yard work, and rearranged the living room (always). We cleaned the house. But we also played badminton, took walks, watched a pee-wee football game, read magazines, drank coffee and then beer. We went to the beach one day and stayed home another because our weather was nicer here. We watched my Mountaineers (barely) win. We grilled dinner, watched movies and just hung out.
I feel like a new person.
We should plan more nothing in the future.

Love the picture of Griff – you can tell he takes his badminton very seriously:)
