It has been a long, busy summer, but we finally made our way down to Jenkinson’s Boardwalk to fulfill my #JenksAmbassador duties. Hey, it’s a tough job but someone has to do it!
We took along some friends and split parenting duties between two moms. We started at the aquarium which is fun for everyone, moms included.
Then, one of us took the littles and one took the daredevils on the boardwalk rides.
Just the right size!
The Girl braved some new ones this year and she was so happy about it and I was so proud.
When the kids were done making themselves queasy on rollercoasters, we regrouped for games and all the junk food we can stomach. I can’t leave Jenks without fries and homemade ice cream!
My favorite thing about Jenkinson’s is everything. No, seriously, it’s the perfect sized park for one person to tackle alone or two to handle together when you have mixed ages in your group, because there is something at Jenks that makes everyone happy, no matter how big or how small.
The only thing we hate about a day at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, is having to say goodbye.
