My favorite thing so far about blogging this New Year Overhaul? The comments! I have loved getting input from all of you about what do you or don’t do to improve your life.
I took some of that advice for meal planning and time management. So this weekend it’s on to budgets and work schedule.
Then, next week The Husband has asked to be included in the overhaul. Admittedly, when you are busy taking care of a family and working a consuming job, you often take for granted the one thing you know will stick around despite the abuse. We are both pretty happy with how much we already do as far as communicating and appreciating, but we could definitely still use some improvement in keeping each other at the top of our list. Since this overhaul is supposed to be about me becoming a person for others, I suppose I have throw The Husband a bone here. (tee-hee) He has earnestly been trying to do his part this week, with helping more and verbally appreciating what I do to keep the house running. Now, it’s only been four days. But, who knows? Maybe concentrating on something for him will actually really benefit me!
