Cristie Ritz King, PsyD, RYT
A million years ago I started The Traveling Circus as a personal blog to write about my family and our appearance on HGTV’s Real Estate Intervention. Our brush with TV fame coincided with an out of state move so I needed a way to keep everyone in our large extended family connected. What started out as daily stories and birthday letters to my kids (that are all still here for them as they grow up and need a little time capsule) has morphed into a place where people come for a supportive parenting community. When I finished training as a trauma therapist and psychologist, what was once just a blog has become an extension of the work I do. No two families look alike and happiness is something we have the power to define. I hope Reinvention Family and the work I do here is used as a resources for parents trying to find their own homegrown happiness. If you’re interested in group coaching, courses or retreats, learn more about those on their own pages. For additional services stay here.

Learning how to tune in and use mindfulness and breathwork to manage stress maximizes performance and mental well-being.
Brand Work
I love to share what works with the people who come here looking for guidance. It is my desire to maintain my integrity and authenticity at all times and I will only support products and services that I can wholeheartedly endorse. To that end, I occasionally work with brands to share about their products for compensation.
