Not Just Another Weight Loss Plan
In addition to all the work I do with families, I have spent many years in the health coaching space. I know all there is to know abut nutrition and weight loss. Yet, all that knowing how to do it doesn’t mean I’ve done it right. Knowledge hasn’t stopped me from gaining and losing the same weight over what feels like a million different times. I was at my wit’s end when I discovered the eating plan I now use. I had gained so much weight that my doctor’s were worried about a variety of health issues and no matter how much I wanted something to be “wrong” with me, the simple solution was always this: lose weight. I know that losing weight has never felt simple before and I spent a good deal of time in denial, angry or adamant that I just needed to love myself the way I was because I’d never be different.
Keep it Simple Sister
I tried everything. I never had the fortitude to stick with anything that felt like deprivation or required too much math (hello ketosis!). So, I just kept stacking on pounds and hid away more and more in my home, inside a body I was growing to hate.
Enter, a new type of plan that helps you make big changes to not just your waistline, but your way of life. The best part is: it’s simple and effective. I know that sounds like a toothpaste ad but it’s the truth. The food tastes good (miracle of miracles) and doesn’t require too much mental work to figure out. The best part though is the community around you to support you on tough days and cheer you on on good ones.
