Because it’s a strangely cool Memorial Day, I thought I’d share an oven recipe we just concocted the other day and loved.
They’re super easy and a great addition to a meal or a stand-alone appetizer. They were an adult and kid-pleaser as well. And, since I baked them, they’re way healthier than their takeout fried cousins. I experimented a little with the best way to wrap and cook them for maximum crispiness and I think I came up with the perfect way in this recipe.
